Can't think what else it is. 4 months ago I purchased a high-end pain relieving device for my sick daughter, paid extra for fast shipping, and waited. After a month, I enquired and was sent a Chinese tracking number, which showed no actual connection to my consignment, and no delivery information. GC said it was on its way. A month later, repeat. After three months, they said they were sorry, it was their problem not mine so they would replace the shipment. Now the same string of events. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. Always, I am asked to be a little more patient until my goods arrive. I am down almost $400, money I really can't afford to lose. I thought PayPal offered some kind of protection against fraudsters, but I will never use them again.
