I just ordered an item that stated it was made and mailed from the US however the PayPal receipt showed the distributor to be an organization in China . I have emailed them and asked to cancel my order and refund my money . Should I open a dispute with the PayPal Resolution center for false advertising in order to expedite the cancellation and refund of my monies ? Thank you .
