On October 4th fraudulent activity occurred on my account to the value of £33.60 - I immediately reported this as fraudulent, and I received an update later that day saying it was determined to be fraudulent and a refund will be issued.
My paypal activity shows that also on the 4th Oct the amount of £33.60 was refunded to my by paypal, and 3 seconds later, this same amount was then withdrawn and was sent to my bank account. Neither the initial charge nor the refund appeared in my account - however this morning, a paypal payment of £33.60 has been taken from my bank balance.
Im confused, why has this money came out 4 days after being confirmed as fraudulent, why does paypal say its sent me this amount 4 days ago, and why has there been no refund if this is the case?
Any advice would be appreciated
