A couple of days ago I received several emails in my hotmail for Paypal activities around 80 euro each. By the time it took me to log in they were deleted accept one. It was from G2A Pay saying that the transaction (~80 euro) was declined by their security system. I logged in to Paypal and there are 5 transcactions of around 6000RUB (~80 euro) to a guy. At that same point that person sends me an email saying "Why do you keep sending me money, i do not sell serials any more". Paypal automatically started investigating the transactions and I also filed a claim for each one. At the same day Paypal turned down my disputes because the transactions were NOT unauthorized. Today, my bank charged me for all the transactions.
I think it is blindly obvious there has been a fraud, what should be my next steps?
