Hi, I have had 5 transactions appear on my paypal account that I did not complete. PayPal have looked into this and not doing anything about it. Has anyone experienced this? I have had nearly £300 stolen from me. And PayPal are not helping. Advise would be appreciated. Thanks Sam

Do the status of these transactions show "Pending"?

Are these pending order/authorization?

If yes, please contact the merchant (ask for an account manager who has access to their PayPal Business account) to completely cancel those transactions as PayPal can only legally cancel a pending order/authorization after 30 days from the transaction date.
