I have sold something on eBay and the buyer is wanting me to purchase an eBay gift card to ship along with the present which is fine. However I received a “confirmation” email about it and I am worried it’s fraud. The email was sent by service@payal not PayPal Should I block this person or is this email official?

Its a SCAM, you will never see any payment in your paypal account balance and they don't complete Ebay checkout.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
