I have charges that keep coming out of my PayPal account, from Fortnite, that I haven't authorized. Is there a way to stop this and get refunded for all of the money that they have taken from me?

Contact customer service for assistance with this:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
