Hello I need to know how to lodge a formal complaint through your internal disputes resolution system required under the Australian Law. Your website says there is a feedback and complaint form that I can follow but i can’t find one. I have lodged the complaint with AFCA. Please let me know what I should do. And I do not need someone who doesn’t understand what AFCA or IDR is.
