Has anyone ever NOT received the help from PayPal claims to provide? I have been completely ignored by the merchant. Their website claims to offer refunds, but they never responded after many attempts. PayPal never even tried to contact them. PayPal completely blew me off, after speaking to 6 representatives. This has completely blown me away. I will never use PayPal again, the one place you used to could trust. I am livid and I plan do everything I possibly can to see the merchant and PayPal are recognized for what they have NOT done. Shame on PayPal. Shame on me for believing that they would always protect me.
