A friend sent me money, she used friends and family and used her checking account. I was charged a 2.9% fee. She has sent money before and since and I was not charged a fee. We can’t figure out why this one transaction was charged a fee. With Covid now there is no customer service available through phone or message. How do I get the fee money refunded to me? I tried through the resolution center but it says that she needs to contact, she sent everything the right way though.
