Feeling frustrated

  1. My account was hacked. Some company in another country charged my account and I disputed it. I received no help from PayPal, so I contacted my bank. They canceled my debit card that was attached to my account, however PayPal has limited my account until I can provide a credit card statement? All I want at this point is to remove ALL of my bank account information from PayPal and be done, but I have been restricted from that as well. Does anyone have a phone number so I can speak with a live body at PayPal customer service?
