Hello, I purchased something online, I made the payment but i did not receive confirmation , i did the checkout again and now i have 2 message saying i paid twice. how can i cancel one of the transactions?

On February 28, 2021, $191.22 CAD was preauthorized for a purchase on your card xx-<removed>. If it isn’t completed or it’s completed for a different amount, any pending amounts will drop off, usually within a day.
