I have been ripped off for £117.64 by this company only sent me half the order and the clothes are like rags not worth the money .

I asked for a return address and had nothing back I opened a dispute but pay pal had decided to go with this company .I have tried to contact customer services but due to this **bleep** virus we cant talk to anyone .I'm discusted with pay pal for siding with this corrupt company .

Hi you can use the tablet but dont use the app open the page via your browser like going to a website 🙂

Hi Mark. I have just reviewed the case details. I see here that the case was denied because we had asked you to submit an affidavit with the detailed explanation of the issue for us to investigate in to the same. However, despite reminders via email, we did not receive any response. Hence, the case was closed in favour of the seller. I am afraid, we don't have an option to reopen the case, once it is closed

I am having a similar problem. I purchased some items through FB from Candieslady/Fanshionweb. They claim to have a return policy but do not respond to emails to complete a return. I'm filing a complaint/dispute through Paypal, and am hoping this works. I'm reporting them to FB now and suggest we all do the same. They are a scam.

I had a similar issue. I ordered clothing from this merchant. The sizes are way off from the description on the website. The quality of fabric is so poor, one item is basically see through. I won't be able to wear it, even with a discount that they offered. I kept few items but the rest I would like to return.

I am ok paying a shipping fee but not to China which would cost me almost $100 dollars (checked with DHL, UPS) and nowhere on their website it clearly says that the goods are coming from China and would need to be shipped back there

There is no way to provide a review for any item on their website. All their 5 star reviews are fake.

When I contacted them they offered me a discount but I don't need a discount for the items I can't use.  

I provided a review on trustpilot.com and they contacted me asking to change it to 5 stars so they can see what they can do about my case. I think it is immoral and I don't want anyone else to fall into the same trap I did. So no, I did not change my review.
