Fake Sunglass Hut website, Can't get resolved with PayPal

I noticed that a website I purchased a pair of sunglasses from was a fake "Sunglass Hut" website immediately after I made a purchase and contacted PayPal to cancel the order. The representative insisted that I wait until I receive the item before cancelling.
I waited over a month for the item and notified PayPal that I did not receive the item and filed a claim with PayPal. During the claim process the sunglasses eventually was delivered, but I immediately noticed that they were FAKE Oakley Sunglasses.
I contacted PayPal again regarding this purchase and filed another Claim. However, the claim information the representative entered was not correct. She just copy and pasted the same information from the first claim. I spent an hour trying to get a hold of someone at PayPal to update the information and am not succeeding. PayPal has mede it very difficult to get a customer rep that can handle this matter. Can't call anyone and chat representatives are not able to help.
