FRAUD PAYMENT

I’ve reported a fraud payment made through PayPal several times and no ones coming back to me yet I’ve raised it in the resolution page and it’s been declined. I’ve paid a girl through Depop, through PayPal, she then messaged me to say her account has been hacked and she’s deleted her account. I’m monies down and in this climate I’m gutted. Customer services is closed and I can’t raise another issue with that payment As PayPal’s wrongly declined it .. what am I supposed to do?!

I hope you didn't open a dispute for unauthorised did you?
