If I place an order for a Multi-functional Food Mixer & receive a pair of SUNGLASSES can anyone tell me how this is correct?
I paid for a Multi-functional Food Mixer with PayPal & have spent a long time with messages going back & forth between PayPal trying to get my money back.
Now at long last the seller has agreed to give me a full refund once I PAY for the return postage to sen the SUNGLASSES back to them, how on earth can PayPal not understand none of this situation was caused by me so if the seller wants the cheap pair of SUNGLASSES back it is up to the seller to pay for the return NOT ME.
Why does PayPal not understand my situation & the problems the seller has caused me?
