FLybe Flight booked over 90 days ago - lost money

Hi there
Will paypal be able to help with a case that is over 90 days, they automatically closed it on me as its over 90 days - and that wasn't long after the Collapse and when I was due to fly (which was on 13th March).
Has anyone had this issue?
