Hi, I have ordered masks on Evenlife.de, sent payments through Paypal and only now I see that this site has been reported as fake/fraudulent. I opened 2 disputes for 2 different bills snd thry got rejected by Paypal...What can I do now? Heeeeelp! Thanx! <removed> <removed>

If the dispute is already closed, unfortunately, we are unable to reopen.Another option that you might want to check is you may reach out to your Financial Institution (Bank) to check if they cover this transaction under their Purchase Protection Program. Hi, Thank you for your answer. So, you mean, Paypal doesn't protect us as customers even if it is Paypal doing business with fake shops? It is totally unfair! Is it legal? So I will have to declare the incident to the police like other customers are already doing, insisting on the fact that I payed through Paypal. Really really disappointing.
