Escalated case that is about to expire

Good day, I have case that is escalated, requires a tracking number and the deadline to provide the tracking numbers is today. I am not in the US, but I paid a shipping company in my region on Monday to have it sent back. The young lady said that she would email the tracking numbers for me, but it seems as if she forgot. I’ve been sending messages to PayPal customer service since yesterday, but have not gotten a response as yet. Is there a number to call PayPal or is there anyway to extend the escalated date or even to stop them from closing the case today?

I TOLD YOU TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES, nothing else anyone on here can do for you regardless of what anyone has 'gone through before' so take the advice and DO WHAT YOU WERE ADVISED TO DO.
