Escalated case that is about to expire

Good day, I have case that is escalated, requires a tracking number and the deadline to provide the tracking numbers is today. I am not in the US, but I paid a shipping company in my region on Monday to have it sent back. The young lady said that she would email the tracking numbers for me, but it seems as if she forgot. I’ve been sending messages to PayPal customer service since yesterday, but have not gotten a response as yet. Is there a number to call PayPal or is there anyway to extend the escalated date or even to stop them from closing the case today?

Good day, I have returned the laptop just as it was sent to me, why haven’t I received my full refund as yet? Haven’t I lost enough from this transaction? Why is there a delay to refund me my money, since it was delivered on December 2, 2020? Case ID: PP-D-90961465

I’ve spoken to customer service on several occasions, the most they have said is that they are sorry about that and they really wish they could help me. What kind of service is that? I paid $1224 for the MacBook and they are holding on to my money with evidence of return tracking <removed>.

<Removed> Yual have removed the tracking numbers and the sellers information, but yual have not removed the case ID, that goes to show how wicked and selfish yual are. What’s the sense in asking for help from yual? Never mind, yual day will come.

The tracking number I provided in the case is incorrect. I’ve provided the correct tracking numbers to customer service several times, yet they have not included or changed it in the case. Why is that? I’ve also provided the correct tracking here and it was removed several times. I guess if the true evidence of returning the laptop is not there, that’s a reason to hold on to my money, right? Well, if that’s the case may yual reap that and more, because yual won’t get away with it...

I know yual are going to remove the correct tracking numbers again, that shows that the laptop was delivered to the seller, but here they are again: <removed>
 PayPal representatives I know yual have been seeing my messages add the correct tracking numbers to the case.

How would you feel, if this was you? This is the tracking 

<removed>, it clearly shows that an individual collected the package from the post office (the address instructed by PayPal to return the item to). I was promised by PayPal and eBay that I would get a full refund with evidence that the item was returned and delivered, but they are still holding on to my money. Again, would you like that for yourself, especially in these times? You know what’s even more mess up, “eBay is the Seller.” What kind of example is that, where is the justice and protection, if eBay is also dishonest?

I bought what was supposed to be a brand new sealed laptop from eBay and it came with a dead battery. I informed them and they told me to open a case they will pay for shipping and offer a full refund. I opened the case and they refused to pay for shipping, I had to pay to return the laptop from my pocket and I still have not received my refund.

You have removed the tracking, but what would you have done, if this was you and PayPal and eBay is holding on to your $1224, even though you have returned their damaged item and provided the correct tracking, which they have refused to acknowledge? I hope you experience it, so that you will comprehend... Bye
