Hi can anyone help I’ve had $11.99 taken out my bank via PayPal for something called epoch I don’t know what it is and am very worried. How do I stop this ? I don’t even know how they can take money off me when I don’t know who they are

Check if you had a subscription set up.
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
