I got scammed by a Chinese clothing company. PayPal were a complete and utter disaster. They did not help me. In fact they helped the scam company against me. Then they told me I could get a refund of postage, they would send me a link. The link arrived but I should have written it down because it disappeared in a couple of hours. It appears to have self destructed. I didn’t know this was possible. After many more hours on the phone to PayPal I was promised another link to claim for postage. The person I talked too lied to me. No link was received. I gave up.
