My account was permanently limited and it has completed 180 days since it was permanently limited I have tried to use my fund for payment but it fail since I can't withdraw to my Mpesa account because the phone number I was using was sold to another user by safaricom Am writing this seeking help from the community to tell what can I do in other to send fund to another PayPal account Thank you Be blessed
