Hello-As I was reviewing my pp account yesterday I noticed a suspicious refund issued on Nov 10 to a "buyer" in a different state with a different name than that of the real buyer. I never received any return request notification on my eBay seller account so that also raised a red flag. I tried checking out the "buyers" name and email on eBay and it showed no such account exist. Obviously I have proof of the USPS time and date of the completed shipment to the real buyer. I haven't notified eBay yet, what's my next course of action? Any advice will be much appreciated, thank you!

Sounds like an Ebay and not a paypal issue, so why not contact them and ask?
