What in the hell is PayPal doing? Sending a scam like receipt for a donation to World Health Organization (WHO)!!! $20.????? No customer Service for PayPal They Suck, they don’t support the little guys..but allow big foreign online vendors to rip us off and then take the side of the the big guy!
