Does anyone know how to talk to the backend team?

Hi,

I've been blacklisted from using PayPal with a permanent limitation. After a chat with Customer Service, I was told to speak to a supervisor, who would tell me the same thing: that I couldn't close my account (even though PayPal STILL hangs on to my bank info, which makes me extremely uncomfortable) or even know why it was limited to begin with (beyond a simple "excessive risk" situation, which wasn't explained much at all). So the representative had mentioned that the backend team had the information why, so I figured they could help and I might just cut through the noise and get something done finally. It does not seem right that PayPal won't serve me yet they still possess my bank and personal info.

I'm extremely tired of all this... Any advice? Thanks in advance for the help.

The clue is in the word permanent Smiley Frustrated

They limit your paypal account to prevent you removing any cards or bank accounts and being tempted to use them on another paypal account.
