I purchased an item with Pay 4, which was all paid before the product was finally shipped and it was discovered the item was nothing like the item advertised. The typical Chinese scam where they offer a small refund to save me money in returning the shipment, which was not accepted. After opening a dispute with Paypal where they wanted to have me file a police report getting contact information, etc. which was not happening with the number of Covid cases here. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company which decided in my favor. Paypal also opened resolutions for each of the payments, found in my favor and closed. The problem came from the Pay 4, which started charging me late fees for the 3 "missed" payment even though they were paid but the money taken back... just like the initial payment which somehow was not included in the later fees although it too was taken back by the credit card company. A call to the Pay 4 ended with them wanting me to get a full refund from the vendor so they could credit everything correctly in their system. Now Paypal 4 says I owe more money than I intially did while my credit card company and Paypal resolution says I owe nothing ..... go figure.
