Documents provided for identification - no respone back and been over 3 months

Ok, I am super confused. I provided documents for identification like PayPal asked for, but I have gotten no response and it has been several months. I am ready to give up on PayPal but I would really like to use it to raise money for something.

I think the problem is that I was 17 when I provided these documents. I didn't know that you had to be an 18 to do anything with PayPal. However, I am 18 now and it's still not working. Any ideas would be appreciated and if I could talk to a PayPal employee that would be amazing. I have tried calling several times and I can never get a real human.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.

Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.

However now you are over 18 you need to contact customer services and ask if you can now open a new account, you would never be able to open your old account again as it was an illegally made one.

They may say yes (depends as they are not keen on folks breaking their rules) and then you can start over but you would not be able to use any info linked to that old account.
