I have had an account since 2006 and paid my balances online in full and never a problem. I never sold anything.I ordered something from a vendor and I never received my order and asked for refund. Instead of refund shipper acted like he purchased 10 small items from me instead of giving me a refund. They limited my account and stole my $190.00! I just wanted nothing more to do with this company so I just left them have the money and small price to pay to rid myself of this big headache called PayPal - amazingly I cannot close my account until I get my limitation handled.....I don’t want anything done except to close my account so I can wake up from my nightmare . My question is anyone have anything similar happen and is there a way we can all get together and have this scam taken care of
