I made a purchase to a fraud website and immediately reported it, we have now been at this for several months and now it is affecting my credit. I called several times and was assured the dispute was open and I would be fine. Then I call today and they say the dispute was closed.
Not a real company
Not a real purchase
Never received anything and Cannot contact the seller because THEY ARE NOT REAL.
now I'm out and my credit is suffering.

Which dispute did you open?
Non receipt and if so was it closed because the seller provided a tracking number?
Or unauthorised which is telling paypal you were hacked and didn't make the transaction?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
