Hello Community,
A month ago I purchased a game Called Swords of Legends online from Gameforge which included the Beta Access. I was able to test the beta and during the test it seemed like the Publisher Gameforge was at least showing some form of care towards the community towards completing their promise of finishing in game translations and voice overs. They assured they will work towards finalizing it during launch. Now the game was launched on 7th of July and the game was released at a unfinished state with half **bleep** voice overs done and Most of the Translations done via what feels like google translate. I assume to avoid any legal or mass refunds they tried to do a half **bleep** job. Additionally the game ran very poorly and most of the time it would lag and cause freezes for me if i had more than 5 ppl on my screen. During beta there was a 20% bonus for top up. I had spent few extra during this as they mentioned the game WILL be absolutely no Pay to win or pay to progress. So i was like sure why not support them. Recently they made it ok for players to Gift In game Curruncy IE topop for gold / free to play currency giving players who have topped up an edge on in game.
I wanna know is am i entitled to dispute due to the fake advertisements / representing the product. Lies about full voices overs and proper translations and no Pay2Win and not delivering on either promises and bad / no changes in optimizations.
