I find it very frustrating and unprofessional when you have a legitimate complaint with paypal, and customer service chooses to hang up on you rather then try to resolve the problem. It happened twice today, both times they chose to disconnect me instead of spending the time to resolve the situation. Very poor customer service when the dispute is about money.
