Disputes

I opened a dispute after a order not shipping after a week, no response from seller. After PayPal contacted them, they shipped a shipment, but it is nowhere near what I ordered. The seller won’t respond to me and PayPal keeps telling me a dispute has been resolved. What do I do now?

You have up to 180 days to open a dispute so to do so after just 1 week leaves you vulnerable as you are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction.

If the dispute was not closed then sometimes you can ''change'' it to ''not as described'' on receipt but if once shipped it took a while to arrive that option may not be available as the dispute would have been closed.

All you can do is contact customer services and ask if they will open a second dispute for you for received but not as described, no guarantees but if you don't ask you don't get do you.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
