Disputes with fraudulent charge result

I have disputed a fraudulent charge recently and I received an email yesterday saying that the money will be refunded back to my account. I’m concerned as there are a few issues: 1. My credit card has been cancelled due to fraud charge so I went to cancel. Will the refund be refunded to my PayPal account or credit card? 2. Already have an email saying will be refunded but the resolution centre still has it as an open case. Why?

it should go back to your credit card,crediit transaction can take weeks.

as for case still open,just wait

If card has been cancelled? I went to cancel the card before the refund decision was made..

As long as your card 'account' is still open then your refund should go through ok even if you now have a new card.
