Hi All,
I put in a dispute about an automatic payment from Contextlogic Australia Pty Ltd.... I don't know who they are, their activity shows as a purchase from "Wish", but has no details, and I've not even heard of Wish, let alone bought anything from them. I have no idea what it is, I have written to them with a rediculous looking Invoice ID. The dispute has now been cancelled by Paypal, saying that I have set up the automated payment, when I don't even know who they are.... where do I go from here?
thanks for any help.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Thanks @kernowlass
I have looked into the autopayment when I first discovered it on my bank account. Paypal have deactivated it, but with no explanation. As mentioned in my post, I've never even heard of "Wish", I have emailed them with the invoice number as that was the only info in the payment section, and have had no reply. There is nothing in the discription and I see that the payment in the billing details is actually $9.75... so I have no idea why I was deducted $13.13 I have been using Paypal for years, not long after they were first shown as a payment option in Ebay and always been able to resolve any disputes. Though they have cancelled the auto payment, they haven't been able to help me with any other details and will not recompense the money or question the "seller". It's a concern that these sort of things can happen and you have to wonder, if Paypal isn't safe, then maybe best not to use it.
kind regards,
Gabrielle
