Someone changed my account $56 for "digital media", which I assume is downloaded movies. I had no knowledge of this transaction and there was no phone number or email address to contract the person. I reported this to paypal as a dispute. Paypal said the transaction was "not covered" because it was unauthorized access. So they paid the person the $56 and told me there will be no refund for me. They then closed the case. Why does Paypal allow this fraudulent seller to get paid and then close the dispute? They should investigate who scammed me and refuse payment to him, shouldnt they?
