Did not receive payment, no options but to refund money I did not receive.

A buyer opened two cases on paypal before sorting out the issue first with eBay. The customer bought two of my items but then I instantly see two paypal case notifications. The buyer did not discuss the issue with me through ebay, or at all before opening a case through paypal almost as soon as the items sold. The buyer claims the orders were not made by him/herself. I do not know how to resolve or respond to the case when the only option is to give a refund.

 

Like seriously wow.
