Hi, I set up a Depop account to start selling clothes. Through Depop you can use PayPal to receive payments and to create shipping labels for products. I was using PayPal before for personal things, but when it came to setting up your information (SSN, Driver´s License etc) I did not know that I had to be 18. Someone already bought a product from me and their money is pending in my account, but since I am not 18 I cannot create a shipping label. or do anything with the money. I don´t know what I should do from here. I was thinking maybe messaging the buyer and reimbursing the money and just set up shipping another way?
