I hope all is well. It's sad to hear that you did not received your generator. Have you tried to get in touch with the merchant to follow up on your order?
If yes and they non responsive, we may help you get a refund for "Item Non- receipt or Significantly not as described".
Here's how: I didn't receive my item or it's different than described. Should I open a dispute?
Does PayPal cover my purchase if there's a problem? (Purchase Protection for buyers)
