I set up my depop account and decided to have my money transactions through Paypal. Depop has fraudulently stolen money from me through Paypal and I have contacted them about five times. The first time they told me I would be getting my money back if I supplied them with screenshots from my paypal that proved this. After I sent what they asked they have completely ignored me and I emailed them an extra few times trying to understand what the situation was. I'm not sure if anything can be done by you but I wanted to reach out to see if it could be resolved considering they don't seem to have any sort of sufficient customer service.
