Hi everyone! long story short I ordered a nightgown through Depop and it came damaged with massive holes in it, I filed a dispute through PayPal and PayPal is saying how I’m responsible for paying the cost to ship back the damaged item, shouldn’t the seller have to for for the cost to ship back the item since this was a fault of hers. I even asked her before hand if it had any flaws and she said no how it was in perfect condition. Please help I don’t understand why PayPal is saying I’m responsible for the cost to ship it back to her.
