I have been defrauded for $2300. I paid via paypal merchant in <Removed> site. I filed initially via resolution center the next day as the seller disappeared, and kept on defrauding other victims. Paypal now says that since they denied the case and I closed the case, they won’t help me. This is ridiculous.
