Hi there, I raised a dispute towards the end of last year and the case was decided in my favour. Instead of refunding the amount I had requested (80% of the payment), PayPal refunded 100%. Despite many attempts, the company weren’t in touch at all so after such a painful process I took the full refund and thought nothing of it. Today I have opened a letter from them stating that they have referred the 20% I owed them to a debt collection agency and I would like to know where I stand with regards to paying them. Normally I would be entirely honest but this company attempted to rip me off and refused to communicate with me at all. They have also asked for the money back in a different currency and to a foreign bank account as they are based abroad.
