Customer entered wrong address and seller has shipped order to address provided by customer due to wrong details order not delivered and later he opened case that order not delivered. Whose mistake is this. Same happened with me and Resolution team refunded customer. I have submitted all proof. But still refunded him. What can I do now to get money back.
Sellers only have paypal seller protection if they send the item to the paypal registered address of the buyer at the time of payment and not an alternate address the paypal may verbally request doing.
