I have a customer who has opened a dispute claiming she never received her order, nor did she receive order confirmation via email. Order confirmation's are sent automatically via our website. We had processed and shipped her order with tracking included, and email verification was sent to customer's email on file. Tracking states that it was delivered in a timely manner. We reached out to USPS for proof of delivery and they provided a document with tracking info, date of delivery, and picture of signature. She still insists that she never received the package and proceeded to open a dispute. What can I do from here? I've emailed her proof of delivery document and there has been no response since then. Is there a way to close this dispute?
