Hello
I put down a deposit on May 23 for a hypoallergenic kitten. The breeder lets the kittens go to their new home after 12 weeks (the litter was born on May 27th). I been trying multiple times to contact the breeder for information on where I am on the waiting list for a kitten or a general update on the litter. I left messages with the breeder on July 26th, August 6th and August 8th and no response to my inquiries.
Should I open a non-delivery case with Paypal?
