I need to contact the seller regarding an order that is still ‘processing’ over a month after it was placed. How do I do that thru Paypal if no contact info is listed? Clicking what should give me their contact info links me to their webpage. I have contacted them thru MY email but since Paypal recommends contacting them thru their site, I’d like to do that as well so that if this has to go to a dispute there is record of me contacting them here.
