I was trying to confirm my identity on paypal today by scanning the front page of my SSN Card. But whenever i scanned and uploaded it gave me this error "We're sorry. Something seems to have gone wrong. Please remove the file and add it again." Does anyone have any solution?
When i hover over the file it says 0.2MB which is under the max file size(2MB)
