Hello, I have been trying to link my PayPal to cashapp but they keep sending the code to my old number so I talk to a PayPal customer named (sateesh) to change my number. He asked me for a 6 digit code which was sent to the new number I wanted to change to. But some after some time I couldn't login into my PayPal anymore. I don't know what happened but it won't allow me to login. This is a different account. And I have $2,175 in the PayPal. I tried buying in the store with it still it won't go through, I tried atm withdrawal still the same. And still I cannot get in touch with a live customer service. What am I going to do?
