Closed dispute that was put under the wrong category

I have recently bought a product that when it was delivered it didnt look like the photos and was damaged. I filed a dispute but i accidentally clicked under category unauthorised payment rather than item not as described. The case has now been closed and refund hasnt been prossesed. I have been trying to get through to someone at paypal for the past 7 hours and had no luck. I cants file another dispute against this same transaction as the case has been closed . Does anyone have advice as to what I can do from here

also the lady who I bought from has now blocked me so I cannot contact her
